Word count 253:: Welcome Blind o.O So just so we're all clear, posting order is Vesper, Blind then me.

She seemed encouraged by his words and when she spoke of Luperci prejudice to unchanged wolves he was astonished. How could a Luperci feel “pure” compared to an uninfected wolf? It was in fact Luperci who were impure having been infected by something not of their race. Wolves who forewent this strange change should consider themselves lucky. The closer Luperci came to being hume, the more likely they were to suffer the same fate. Zalen couldn’t help put shake his head at her words.

After the pause she introduced herself as Vesper, but Zalen was caught up in movement in the distance. Closer towards the city, not even a hundred yards away from Vesper and himself appeared another wolf, and an extremely clumsy one at that. He nearly winced as she caused a peace of hume metal to ring out harshly in the clear air. Such behavior was so contradictory to his own nature that he was nearly dumbfounded by it.

He wasn’t sure what to do, he had never interacted with two full grown wolves at the same time. Though Nova Scotia had plenty of canine residents, he never seemed to run into a group of them, only individuals. He shifted his weight slightly, “Looks like we have a visitor.” He watched the new female wolf with keen eyes. She seemed to have a limp or deformity of sorts, he wasn’t sure as she was still too far away. Interesting. Two physically marred females and he, a male wolf in his prime.
