While it wouldn't usually be recommended to trust Bastion Ataxia was safe because of where she lived and who her mother was. After all Enigma was going to have been a meal for Bastion until Janos had decided that he had wanted to keep the pup. It was strange to think that such a decision hadn't been made so long ago and here Bastion was coddling the pup as if the thought had never crossed his mind. But then again it wasn't like there were any in Salsola that wouldn't say his ways, or even him, weren't strange. It was just something that one had to get used to when dealing with the runtish male.

Enigma stared at Ataxia, his eyes ending up crossing after his nose was licked. He didn't seem to exactly understand what was going on or what he was supposed to do. The pup watched the female run away before looking up at Bastion with a tilt of his head. "Go get." Bastion supplied vocal cues as well as physical ones since he pointed after Ataxia and nodded his head in direction. Enigma tilted his head from one side to the other before he gave a yip and turned his attention back to Ataxia.

The younger pup gave chase after the slightly larger one. Enigma hadn't exactly mastered physical coordination just yet and so when he tried to run he ended up tripping over his own large paws. The pup did fine enough with just general walking but as soon as he attempted to move quickly he ended up tumbling to the ground. Enigma looked back to Bastion with a whine but Basti only gave a shake of his head and didn't move to help him. "Again." He spoke the single word, encouraging Enigma to get himself up and to try it again. It was the only way that the pup was going to learn after all.
