She was fast, and despite his blind rage Kesho felt teeth scrape across his face. His eyes shut hard for a moment as he recoiled, snarling, giving her just enough time for her to leap forward after the puppies again. In a second he was on her, eyes darting to find Hybrid just as the Hydra flung himself in the fray. The murderer was too busy with her task to fight well, but Kesho knew better than to doubt an opponent. Yellowed teeth lashed out again with confidence; he aimed for her flank with quick, deadly snaps of his jaws, sharp canines aching to rip into the tender flesh there. He would not know defeat before her.
