It had been a few weeks since Anann had gone to Crimson Dreams and told their Knight that she would join him in his venture. Maska and his goons had made it obvious that southern packs had lacked proper defenses. Surely if their had been some united force rather than the sprinkling of warriors amongst the varied packs none of this would have went on as long as it had. It had taken far to long for forces to be pulled together to stand against the Guardians that lived in AniWaya. The north had yet to feel much impact of his tyrannical reign, but Anann had no doubt that word had traveled. Since little help had come from the north Anann could only assume that as warriors went they were in the same situation, too few spread too far.

When Jazper had come to her with the idea of building a pack specifically with the intentions of training warriors for the purpose of upholding peace she could not have agreed more, even though she had not made haste in giving her consent. It was not easy for her to think of uprooting herself once again. She had pledged her loyalty and respect to Vigilante and the Court had proven to be a good home. The King had not been happy to hear the news when she had finally come to a decision and she has expected no less from him, but this was something she needed to do. She felt it was her calling.

Now they just needed to find lands that were best suited to their needs and goals. Anann felt it key that they be in the center of things and while it was certainly no priority, she wanted to try and stay close to the ties she had in Cour des Miracles and Crimson Dreams. And of coarse, if she was going to be bringing her fisherman with her they would need some shoreline. In the end, even with their separate searches that Anann and Jazper were leaning heavily towards the territory of Whisper Beach and the forest that neighbored it. Together now, maybe the could narrow things down a bit.

”He’ll show up again.” Anann said with a chuckle. Jazper would get used to the horse soon enough she imagined. Rem was certainly bound to have his nose in all of it. ”He kinda prefers to do his own thing, if you hadn’t noticed.” In fact, he hadn’t really been invited in the first place, lucky for him he never waited for one.
