The screams were getting louder, and Luna could not bear it anymore. She charged into the battlefield, her only weapon held in her tight. All she could see were baring teeth, blood, and weapons being wielded against uncovered skin. The sight was unbearable, and she felt the instinctive urge to flee and hide, which fought with the desire to stay and help her packmates. In the end her willpower won, making her legs move faster and grabbing the stone knife that J'adore had given to her. Her green gaze traveled among the fighting bodies, spotting the same man who had given her her weapon riding away. He had already made a kill, which laid limply on the floor, unmoving. Desperation filled her at the sight of the corpse, but she kept on, getting every time closer to the place of the carnage.
A sudden howl called her attention. Luna turned her head on time to see one of the guardians being pushed by a black woman, which stood between her and anther girl. A small part of her mind gasped at how young the second was and how innocent it looked. She did not belong there. But she had not much time to ponder about it more, seeing as the guardian had already recovered from the fall, standing up and charging against her attackers. Oh, no, you won't. With a speed that the same Luna ignored she possessed, she charged against her, hitting the fierce warrior with her shoulder and sending her flying back to the ground. It looked like the masked female was bigger than her, which gave her an advantage in case that it decided to attack the trio again. Eyeing the wolves behind her, she noticed that one of them was wielding a sword. The sight of the weapon sent chills through her spine, but she ignored them. "Are you ok? She asked, her voice shaking with fear and excitement. Adrenaline was already running throgh her veins, which lessened the fear. She did not wait for an answer from the women, as her green, poisonous eyes were set on the fallen warrior. Baring her teeth at her, she dared the fallen guardian to make another move. Which she did. She rose and charged towards her, ignoring her severed ear.
