Angel had awoken early. Dragging a leather punch bag filled with rags behind, granted he made a damned lot of noise. He didn’t care. He had training to do and if they couldn’t understand that, well screw them. It had been several days since he’d done any real training and despite the cold he was interested in making up for that. Perhaps the cold would boost his endurance and pain threshold. That was something that sounded good to him. Suffering for a greater good. While he wouldn’t go to the suicidal lengths that some deemed righteous yet he deemed ridiculous, the burn of working muscles was always welcome.
Propping the brown tanned sack up against a tree he pulled a thick strand of harbour rope. Looping it through the hole at the top he looped the other end over an over head branch and began to hoist it up. Securing it tightly, he stepped backwards. Smiling to himself he lashed out at bag, using his palms first, because doing that on a living being would wind them, therefore taking any stronger blows out of the equation. He quickly focussed himself on his work, becoming ignorant to the outside world.
