You remind me of the man...

If Ralla isn't just sitting at the borders, Erzulie by no means wandered up silently. She hasn't howled but her stuff is haphazardly strapped to her, and she understands nothing of stealth yet. She usually wanders up humming or singing. If you want her to call out, I'll adjust. Smile YAY!

The excursion to the land of Miracles had been delightfully successful, so she thought she ought to do it again. She had met a light pelted young puppy, a prince, no less, and got to exercise her craft much to his joy. Papa Legba's veve looked beautiful, painted in royal blue, a stark contrast to the puppy's blond fur. How fun young Skoll had been... so vibrant and eager to please. He drank in her stories of the lwa, he accepted Papa Legba. She felt good about delivering Papa Legba into someone's world. That pup would forever be in the good graces of the Gatekeeper, so long as he remembered her teachings. Oh, and what a delight it must have been for his parents to see the beautiful symbols she had drawn all over him!

Hoping for another similarly successful mercantile mission, Erzulie set out at dawn once again. This time instead of heading off toward Cour des Miracles she made her way south, packs and wares clattering noisily as she trampled through the Ethereal Eclipse toward the tribes people.

Erzulie didn't know much about AniWaya. They had recently been at war – that fact no one could miss – they were very different from her own pack, and they were very spiritual. The details of their religion were completely lost on Erzulie, and this was one of the foremost reasons why she trekked toward them now. If they were spiritualists, then her wares were perfect! She had rocks and branches perfect for ritual circles. She had old candle stubs, and a dead beetle, and some chicken feathers! There were paints, and her best item of all... one of the first pieces she ever learned to craft... her dolls!

The dolls hadn't gone over well in Cercatori d'Arte, but she was the first messenger of Legba in the pack so she forgave her people for not understanding her. With three vodou dolls in tow, and plenty of supplies to make more to the exact likeness of whomever a commissioner chose, she proudly approached the marked borders of AniWaya.

Still rather ignorant to proper protocol, she padded right up onto the pack's borders. Luckily an innate instinct made her second guess herself and stop before she breached the lands. After all, there was just about always someone hanging around the borders. She didn't want to miss the chance of finding her next satisfied customer!
