Ah yes, he was quite strange indeed. That was something that couldn't be argued against. But for all his strangeness he managed to be effective at his rank and job. He sat up towards the head of the table for the Last Suppers. He was adored by the female leader and had even been allowed to get away with things with the male one. So for all his oddness he was trusted by the leadership to do as he wished. He felt that he could practically do anything at all without getting in trouble for it. Of course he tended to take advantage of that.
As for dress was concerned, it was something only used to cover his mark when he decided to go outside of Salsola. Other than that he lacked in clothing. He didn't like the restraint of clothing and so he only wore the skin tight article when he had to go out. Even if he still didn't like clothes he had gotten to where he enjoyed the floral baths that he took. With as frequently as he took them now one would find it hard to imagine that at one point in time he had never partook of the practice. Actually the clothing and baths had become a product of Salsola and was now something that he did without thinking about anymore. So yeah, the panties were only pulled on when trips outside of Salsola were in order.
Bastion looked over as he was spoken to and frowned at the weapon that he had just tossed away. "No work." The words were stated quite simply. His broken speech, choosing only the bare minimum of needed words, was another things that made him an oddity. It was something that those around him had gotten used to. And outsiders, well... they generally thought him unintelligent when the opposite was the truth. Sure, he acted on impulse from time to time but he did have the mental capacity to think ahead, or even thinking on his feet once he found himself caught up in a situation. And more often than not he didn't have to rely upon that but could just turn to Janos and allow for Janos's brute strength and imposing appearance to handle most things.
