Honrin's laughter had Dalgina looking up, a goofy grin on her face. She certainly wasn't going to try and lick the fire dust again. It tasted bad. The scar remained though, which made Dalgina a little unhappy. Honrin actually liked it though, telling her to leave the scar. Honrin's speech had slid away from the more adult manner he used around adults, revealing the puppy underneath, goofy and happy to play. Honrin tried to act adult like again, but Dalgina just giggled. She knew her brother better than that.
Humming happily Dalgina wandered over to where more dust was, and began drawing another picture. She had only started when Honrin moved. Curious she looked up, ears perked. He'd dipped his paws in the fire dust, and was now charging her. Wailing in mock fear Dalgina scooted away as fast as she could, tiny feet scrambling as they sent the ash flying. Bouncing away she dodged Honrin's first attack, giggling as he followed, paws threatening a sooty bath.
