WORD COUNT: 238
Teo's all worn out. D:

He ignored the first knock. Teo felt... well, like shit. His injuries were still healing, though thankfully that damn bruise was starting to fade. He'd spent the rest of his time after his loss of control cooped up in the house, begging Gemma for forgiveness and trying his best to show her that he wasn't a monster. The thoughts were still there, but now he could ignore them. Ahiyuhi helped with that, lending advice and a listening ear whenever the albino felt like talking.

The second knock he couldn't ignore. It was Light. With a slight groan, Teo removed himself from the 'couch' (or what was left of it) and headed for the door. His hair was brushed, but not styled, left to hang over his face in loose strands. He wore no shirt this time, not caring enough to put one on, but at least he wore his dark jeans. With a sigh, he opened the door and looked up to meet the older male's eyes. There was pink there in his own, a good sign.

"Hey." A simple greeting, a single word. He couldn't bring himself to say much more than that. Light had all but saved his life that night. Had he not have arrived on the scene, Anatole would probably have killed the albino, and for the rescue, Teo was forever grateful. He leaned against the doorframe and managed a weak smile. "Nice feathers."
