It seemed the fact that she understood the younger female’s shyness helped calm her down and Ayasha gave her a friendly and encouraging smile. But the girl couldn’t seem to relax fully but Ayasha got the impression that it had nothing to do with her but rather just the way the timid female behaved and reacted to the unknown.

The first answer she got was a grunt and Ayasha found that rather amusing but didn’t show it in fear that it would upset the female. She waited patiently for the girl to speak and she introduced herself as Aoi and Ayasha gave her a friendly smile. ”It’s a pleasure to meet you Aoi. Have you been here very long?” She couldn’t say that she had seen the younger female around before but the cave system was rather cast and it was easy for neighbors not to see each other very often.

Aoi seemed to like her necklace and she commented on how it was pretty. Ayasha got a soft and slightly dreamy smile on her face as she explained, ”My mate, Liam, gave it to me the night that we became mates.” Her mind drifted to the activities of that night for a moment but then she refocused on the girl she sat next to. ”Do you have a sweetheart or a crush, Aoi?”
