Learning Consequences

Ayasha watched the two younger canines as she told the story with their varying degrees of interests. Lilith seemed extremely fascinated by her story but she wasn’t sure if it was her storytelling abilities or if she liked the actual story. Either way was fine by her. As long as one of them was happy with her tale she was thrilled.

The boy that was with them seemed to be bored and let out a sigh that he probably thought was silent but she noticed it and gave him and amused look. Of course she still had no idea what his name was but that didn’t seem to bother him. Of course, she knew that his mother was the Angela but that was it. He was also likely younger than she was but not as young as Lilith seemed to be.

The red girl talked about how much she couldn’t wait until she could shift and then she charged at Ayasha, which made her smile. A bunch of ravens flew off and Ayasha wouldn’t have noticed if it weren’t for what Lilith said about them being her shadows and the whispering of their wings. The comment made her jolt slightly and she wondered briefly if the little girl knew about butterflies, since that was how Liam described his delusions, which Ayasha was sure they were. But she soon dismissed the theory but was still a bit shocked by the similarities.
