He’d managed to get over the obstacle Octa had been worried about the first time with ease, and every trip had his confidence of his optime form growing. A pleased grin had worked its way onto his muzzle as he carted armload after armload of the wood to the pile they’d designated, muscles thrumming happily at the chance to actually be given some work. After awhile, it looked as though the brothers had cleared whatever debris had been in that construction area. Severus panted, his pink tongue lolling out of his mouth as he put his hands on his hips happily, looking quite the comical sight.
“Well, bro, I think we’re finished,” he said proudly, finding his favorite brother’s red eyes with his own silver. He remembered how reluctant his sibling had been to leave the clearing they’d been relaxing in together, and saw nothing wrong with going to relax after doing some work and actually helping out with the Anathema activities. What he didn’t know was that his brother had more exercise in mind for him, but he wouldn’t mind. Stretching his arms above his head, he rolled his neck from side to side and then perched on a large rock, waiting for Octavius to deposit his final armload.
