The dark-furred coyote had spent little time considering Inferni lately, and at Magnolia's mention of the pack, she gave a considering look. Sirius was courting more closeness than she might have liked with her cousins and nieces and nephews in the coyote pack, but neither had Inferni committed any offenses against Salsola. On the contrary, the coyotes had been downright respectful of Salsola's borders, and Eris had heard of no trouble brewing between the two packs.

She smiled at the mention of Denver, shaking her head. Eris did not have as thorough an understanding of horses as her mate, nor did she wish to have one -- the dark-furred coyote was content to simply use Salsola's communal horses without owning one of her own. The idea had simply never appealed so greatly to her that she would run out and find a horse to trade for, but if one happened into her possession, well -- she couldn't very well deny such a wonderful opportunity.

Denver, the woman mused, thinking of the wolfdog fondly. He was quieter than Magnolia, but he, too, had the distinction of long-time membership with the thistle kingdom. Weirdness is good sometimes, the hybrid said, more loudly. Still, there was a small smile on her muzzle, and she looked toward Magnolia expectantly, her eyes lingering on the bird over her shoulder. He makes you laugh, weird as he is.

With the suggestion, the dark woman nodded enthusiastically. Surely. We can bring back whatever we can carry for now, the hybrid said, nodding to Maggie and indicating she ought to take the lead. Eris did not know where this stockpile was, after all.
