out of character stuffs

The whine brought Tharin to lick at her ears, caressing along her. It was alright. He wouldn't let the wound get infected. Perhaps someone in the pack could help stop it. He didn't want to watch history repeat itself again. The idea was far too painful. He wasn't the best wolf out there for this kind of thing, but he'd do what he could. Fayne moved closer to Tharin, letting him rest protectively over her. If anyone saw this it would look like they were family. Mates, siblings, it didn't matter. He cared for her and would do what he could.

Her actions were so shaky. Even his question, wanting to know who had done this to her, looked like it might break the fragile female. The shake in her voice raised his hackles. He was going to make sure Zalen knew who had done this. He would see the monster who did this punished for hurting his pack mate. Amy Sunders. The name burned in his mind. She won't touch you again. The words were partially growled, a bloody vow to keep her safe from the one who had done this.
