Home Sweet Home

Her tail wagged behind her as the story unfolded, the emotions of the tale playing out across her features. It was dramatic, all the emotion she could muster launched into it. As always, Terra viewed herself as Coyote in the tale. She knew she wasn't as good a trickster as Coyote was, but she loved imagining herself as the clever hero in these tales. Hati's features were clear to read, swept up in the story as she spoke. As it finally wound down a deep breath was released. Terra's features were more relaxed, calm as it ended. This was how the world was.

Cocking her head to the side Terra considered his questions. There was always so much! Coyote is never cruel. At least, not intentionally. She doesn't want to hurt others. She just wants to enjoy herself. That was all there was to it. It was the same if Terra did something cruel. She hadn't meant to be so, she just hadn't realized it could be cruel. The moon isn't chained up. She goes out at times, it's why she changes shape. Different forms for the different places she visits when she goes out in the day. Asked about the sun and moon chasers, Terra considered carefully. There is a tale about those who entered the sky to chase them. The details were fuzzy on it, as it hadn't been a great trick that had captured Terra's mind when she'd been told it.
