Kit wasn't entirely certain how to react to what was in front of him, his green eyes watching as the other male seemed to become defensive of Terra, the growl causing him to halt before he could get to the female. As much as he wanted to close the gap, there was a slight hesitation from the other male's posturing, and even more from Terra's licking at the strange male's chin. Both of their words told him what the male was to Terra, but it didn't make him any happier about seeing another male receive affection that Kit hoped was only given to him.
"I'm Kit, just a loner, but I know Terra... very well." the young male began replying to the older, his voice steady, even if there was a hint of caution. He considered Terra to be his lover, and had been rather straight forward about voicing that with Terra, but it remained a little strange to openly speak it in front of others. There was also the question of whether or not Terra's superior would approve, but the growing urge to try getting Terra to rub against him, instead of the other male made him add "We'are lovers after all, arn't we Terra?". Kit started trying to cautiously close the distance again, his intent to move close enough to nuzzle at Terra's face with his, but remained wary of the other male.
