Laughter spilled from Terra's lips at the words, joking about her crimes. She sensed Vesper tensing behind her, tail swaying with joy. It looked like she'd get to run after all. The instant the coyote sprang Terra shot forwards, a single bound clearing the gap. She didn't even come close to touching Terra, not a single brush of her fur or the tip of her tail. Her quick paws brought her forwards, twisting as she turned and dived deeper into the woods.
In a flash she twisted through the woods. Roots stuck out, becoming places to push off for more speed as she dived through the trees. Her red coat stuck out like a sore thumb amongst the green plants. Seeing a bush with red leaves Terra turned, diving inside. Mud clung to her paws and legs now, panting with joy as she twisted her body around, giggling as she tried to hide in the tiny bush. Looking out she searched for Vesper.
