Tharin finished his patrol of the borders, making sure all was secure. Lucia was growing rapidly, and he didn't want her to get hurt by someone thinking the pack wasn't strong enough. His wasn't the only scent intermingled in, others putting in the time to patrol the border as well, making it even stronger. Satisfied that all was well he stepped over the border, heading out to check on the herd of goats he'd gone hunting from.
It wasn't too far from New Dawn, just a short trot for the wolf to cover. Passing through the rocky terrain Tharin noted where the goats had passed through. They'd moved some. The salty scent he'd noticed before with the other hybrid was growing stronger as well. In fact, he was passing a few scent trails. Curious he slowed down, moving from the trail of the herd to the scent of a canine that had passed by recently.
