Something attracted Levent to stronger individuals. He was perfectly capable of defending himself and making a living as a loner, but again and again he found himself drawn toward those fiery, bold, and downright dangerous characters, caught completely in their spell. Perhaps part of him envied their strength, wanted to tear out the unbreakable part of their souls and devour it for his own. He wanted to capture the fire and make himself permanent. He wanted.

Her lovely face wrinkled with irritation, and his tongue lolled like a child’s before she snorted. His triumph was short-lived as she pressed forward to meet his challenge, and suddenly the curves of her strong body were against his scrawnier, shorter torso. His breath caught, her scent lingering in his nostrils, and then she murmured a question down into one of his ears.

The brown wolf growled, his teeth pressing lightly against her shoulder in his frustration as he tried to summon the thinking part of him he’d had just a moment ago. His amusement drained immediately, making way for his ignited lust, but he still did not quite admit defeat. He wasn’t suddenly going to flip them around and sandwich her against the tree, as it wasn’t in his nature to be so domineering no matter how aroused he was; he was still going to let her rough him up instead.

But it was obvious that she was winning. He closed his eyes, his cream fingers wandering torturously slow from her hips up along her sides, tapping each rib before pressing gently against her breasts. “I want everything about you,” Levent murmured into her shoulder.
