He stayed by her side, comforting her, holding her and listening to her. He knew she had to get all this out and it hurt him inside to know she hurt so much emotionally like this. He was here now and he was going to be her shoulder to cry on. Her words after she calmed were not something he expected, but he smiled happily glad she wanted to get away from the subject. She asked him to help her with her bandages and he smiled happily obliging. Standing up himself he moved closer to her, unwrapping the bandage, being as gentle as he could. He knew it wasn’t as bad as it had been before but he wasn’t going to upset her rips. Once ther was only one more round to go he moved closer to her. He knew she had just spoke of Aram, of the horrible things that happened to her, and yet he wanted her to know that even though those bad things happened to her, he still wanted her at least in a very innocent way. He kissed her as he unwound the last of the bandaging and moved slightly closer to the water to let their feet touch the cold water.
He smiled at her, wishing he could act wicked at this moment, but throwing her in the water in her state would be a very bad idea, but once in he was sure they could be as playful as they wanted within reason. He was a gentleman or wanted to be one and that meant being gentle as well as a man.
