Interesting. The intruder had already gone to the coyotes for information and they hadn't told him anything, or so he claimed. This surprised her, really. Inferni members were boastful and pretentious, everyone knew that. For them not to say anything about the war was quite a feat. She frowned at that thought, now second-guessing the male's credibility. Alexey did not trust him, but she saw no harm in providing answers to his questions. Perhaps she would be able to get a reaction out of him by mentioning Dahlia de Mai's new little pet.

"Well, Haku caught one of them. Gabriel's girl, I believe." Details were unknown to her, but she assumed some kind of exchange would eventually take place. Inferni would return Firefly unharmed, and Dahlia de mai would do the same with that Lykoi kid. Alexey didn't want to tell him that, though. She was simply trying to see if she'd get a reaction out of him, but that damned mask made it near impossible to perceive any emotion at all.

"We fought three days ago. Two coyotes died patrolling the borders, then it narrowed down to five of us against five of them." She paused for a moment, attempting to remember the whole thing. It was no use though; no matter how much the Koios femme tried to recall the events, she simply couldn't.

Hadn't she said enough already?
