Eris did not fear Sirius's anger any more than she feared her mother's anger, and the buzzing of this fly was growing tiresome. I command you to go away, she clarified, just in case her meaning wasn't already made perfectly clear. Straightening herself into her best pose of dominance -- she and Isabella were of the same height, but she made herself taller by standing on toes -- the coal-furred hybrid stood glaring, daring the Family member to defy her edict.
