Word Count :: OOC: Back dated to June 13. Evening time. Placed after she ran into Amy for the second time. Her injures are minor, just some bruises and scraps on her arms and legs, scratches on her muzzle, and a minor bite mark on her neck from her brawl with Amy.

No, no, no, no!! Not again! For the second time the small silver wolf had failed herself and her family unable to protect herself against that vile woman. Amy. Just when she had got over her fear of the border it came back ten fold after she met the blond bitch again outside of New Dawn's borders. This time, her shame was overwhelming for it wasn't just her she had failed to protect. Amy had a puppy with her. He was barely able to walk on his own yet, defenseless and innocent, already marked by the nimble hands of a Luperci. The thought tore her up. Not only was the puppy in Amy's possession but was also learning from her, lessons that shouldn't be taught to anyone. She was teaching him how to be a bloodthirsty monster. At least this time Fayne had escaped with minor injuries, but she had a feeling it wasn't her attempt to fight back that saved her life. The encounter with Amy was simply a lesson to the pup, a lesson of submission. The worst part was, that she had learned as well.

Fayne was in an absolute panick after escaping Amy, leaving the puppy behind. Several times, as she ran as fast as she could, back to New dawn did she hesitate, stopping for a moment and thinking that maybe she should go back and try. Try to save the life of the pup, to put on hold the lessons he would be taught and stop the creation of a murderer. But no. She couldn't bring herself to turn around. She was cowardly, afraid that she would lose her life. Afraid that she would be branded again helpless to fight back to the point where she may as well just be dead.

Tears streamed down her face as she ran back in Optime form. She'd gone through all walks of the Luperci blood in an attempt to fight back. This one, had been the least useful and she was forced to run away. The cowardice was routed so deeply that every hair follicle was on end, every vessel was pulsating so quickly they might burst, her mind was pitch black except for Amy's eyes watching her and waiting to finish her off.

She was clumsy as she ran, stumbling over logs and rocks, banging herself up on the way back. Desperation was fueling her, driving her to get past the borders by any means. The Alpha's scents became stronger as she tottered along, hands reaching out for someone to save her, someone to hold her close and tell her everything was all right. Fayne could barely breath, her breaths were raspy and labored from yelling and running and her throat was sore but she continued to scream into the forest.

Finally, she hit the border tripping over a log and tumbling over it and coming to a sliding halt on safe grounds. Her body heaved as she cried and yelled for someone to come, eyes searching the forest for Amy as she waited for what seemed like an eminent demise. "Heeeelp!! Please, someone. Amy! Amy! She's here! Please, please!" Fayne hurriedly got up and sprinted further within New Dawn's lands and towards the den searching desperately for any familiar face. The danger was gone and long behind her but she felt like she was being followed. Amy would cross that border at any moment with no fear for the Alphas, no fear for all the members here, just to finish the job. She would make that puppy witness it too, numb him to blood and fear. Fayne continued onward in hopes of someone showing up, her panic wouldn't quit until she knew for sure that she was safe once again.
