OOC: It's gettin' real in New Dawn. :o / +000

For once, Fayne didn't feel useless or weak or powerless. Since the trip to Casa she felt quite the opposite, empowered by the lessons she'd learned about fighting and midwifery. The silver fae practiced nearly every day, punching a lot or whatever else was there, to sharpen her newly acquired skills. Though, there was not much she could do to practice her other skill. Even so, she went over the lessons in her head, repeating what Teliesin had said and taught her. As always, she found refuge in her meadow where nothing seemed to be awry. Fayne also found that her hunting skills had improved slightly, the lessons in fighting had helped hone the huntress even if just a little.

While she practiced all of this, there was a seriousness lingering in New Dawn and she already knew about who. Amy Sunders. Fayne knew several steps had already been taken in response to Amy's actions, but what had been accomplished by them were unknown to her. She couldn't relax knowing something was going on within the pack and mostly because of her. Also because Kiara had been devastated by the news she had been forced to deliver. One thought that eased her nerves, was knowing that she would be able to do something when the time came to take care of the blond bitch. The small silver wolf wouldn't hold back either, Amy would pay. In the middle of all this chaos, she couldn't keep mind away from her stormy giant, Noah. Just the mere thought of him brought a smile to her lips and eased her tension.

When Zalen's call sounded over the pack lands she immediately thought of him. The couple had been taking things slow, but Fayne was keen on his anger when he'd come to her side after the second attack and knew that Amy was just as much his enemy as she was hers. Fayne acted quickly dropping what she was doing and made her way to the den hoping she'd find him there, calm. But, that was highly unlikely. A potent anger washed over her as she made her way over there to match the theme of her Alpha's howl. Once there, she made it a point to find her mate before coming to halt before the large obsidian wolf, forest green eyes planted on him with intensity. The small wolf's hackles raised, Zalen was furious and that couldn't mean anything good. Fayne had a feeling that now was the time New Dawn as a whole would start acting upon the decisions Amy had chose to make.
