Rain hadn't left Anathema just yet. He missed his old home and wanted someone to talk to. After the Sammi issue he had been feeling low. He wandered around Anathema in search of someone to talk to and ended up on the training grounds he used to go to to practice his archery. He walked to where he used to stand and pulled back and imaginary bow and shot an imaginary arrow.
He had been more then willing to come back to Anathema with Sam but she wanted to separate. "Why is it so hard for me to keep the ones I love in my life? I... just want someone to love and to be loved in return," he said out loud. Shiloh is keeping me from love. She haunts me he thought as he kicked up dirt and let his tail droop.
