His eyes stared at the wall for a few moments as Temo absorbed and processed Dalgina's explanation of where everyone had gone since that eventful afternoon. The memories flashed behind his eyes of all the anger and blood. The fear that was thick in the air from all the violence that had pushed everyone away. His eyes looked down at his hands where there was still blood from Honrin's face dried in his fur, his eyes producing a few tears.

But her words seemed to bring a spark of hope into his thoughts. He brought his eyes up to look at her, At least you all are still alive despite the injuries. with some relief that his worst fears were unfounded. He was glad that no one had died nor left the pack.

Then another thought percolated though his slow mind, a thought that pushed him back towards the depression that he had started out of. As the feeling of sadness washed over him his eyes focused past Dalgina to the doorway into the room and then back onto his daughter before returning to looking at his hands. Temo had come to the realization that Dalgina was the only one of his children that had come to check on him.
