(453) Let me know if you want anything changed, Miyu. :>

An expecting mother's journey was arduous, yet she survived; in fact, she owed it all to her older sister. Their relationship and their bond had flourished under those difficult circumstances. Rays of morning light shone through branches and leaves ahead, bristling with the cool northern wind brought to them. Her left arm looped into Colibri's, as if to physically support her when in all reality, the Soulstorm heir appreciated the proximity they shared. Days often got lonely when Saul wasn't around but Coli was her remedy, the right person to keep seclusion at bay. Lilin had made her way to her sibling's dwelling earlier that morning with news of Ezra's unexpected departure. She hadn't known how to approach the subject at first; Lilin knew how easily attached her sister got, and the last thing she wanted was for Colibri to take it personal.

Eventually she'd merely let the truth be known, attempting to explain the reasoning behind the husky's departure. Begrudgingly, she quoted the words he'd provided- how, as a nomad, he needed to travel and could not settle in one place. This was the second time he'd left them, taking his few belongings and turning his back on his true friends with little Elias in tow. The fact that he'd done so now, especially right before he could lay eyes on her children stung even more. She was beginning to have an aversion for anything nomadic; the word alone made her fur bristle. None of her feelings were kept from Colibri and after heading out for a walk, they had delved into her motives behind such hatred; Sangi'lak and their blatant disregard for privacy, how they foolishly proclaimed themselves nomads too. ''You should've heard them, Coli. They saw no fault in settling this close to us. They were appalled when we asked them to move back,'' she rambled on, flitting from one subject to another.

The woodlands became sparse as time passed, eventually replaced by Raudr Vineyard and its grape orchards. The scenery never ceased to take her breath away, especially on a beautiful day such as this. It was in poor condition, neglected by time and mother nature, but it had the potential to prosper with the proper care and dedication from the pack. Irises of mediterranean blue fell on the first rows up ahead, honing in on the silhouette of a male she had yet to meet. ''Oh, looks like he could use some of your gardening expertise,'' she exclaimed, tugging insistently on Colibri's hand as they both made their way toward their fellow Vinattan. ''Hello,'' she offered, craning her neck to look over her bulging belly; hoping to catch a glimpse of what he was doing.
