(383) EH. Lilin's awkward; feel free to have Shiloh say something about Crow being old and well. -shrug- XD

She could only agree with her sister-in-law. Jordheim was indeed a majestic place- it was hard to overlook its beauty and splendor. Her gaze strayed to the surrounding houses as Shiloh shared her opinion, seeking the magic she'd perhaps grown a little too accustomed to. Time and routine unfortunately had a way of overshadowing the most beautiful things but every once in a while, someone would come along and remind her of how lucky she was. Her gaze absorbed the scenery and eventually returned to her mate's sister. Silence washed over them and while Shiloh seemed to fall into a daze, Lilin's forehead crinkled ever so slightly. She felt observed, scrutinized, and while she normally wouldn't have cared much- the fact that her interlocutor was someone dear to Saul made her nervous. She couldn't help but shuffle from one foot to another, preparing a sentence that would eclipse the silence.

Before she could even part her lips though, the Risna appeared to snap out of it. A reserved smile tugged at her lips when Shiloh's apology rang clear, followed by an in depth explanation that justified her curiosity. ''It's alright,'' she offered, allowing herself to relax and dismiss the awkwardness with a small wave of her hand. ''I'd like to get to know you too.'' Lilin was merely being truthful. She strived to maintain healthy relationships with pack mates. Getting to know Shiloh, given their blood relation and her connection to Saul, made it that much more important. She was terrible at small talk, unlike her sister-in-law who seemingly had no problem approaching and conversing with whomever she pleased. Shiloh would soon notice that, if she hadn't already. At least, she was showing interest in Lilin - unlike Gideon and Wretch who had left without seeking her out or at least saying goodbye her beau.

''How's my grandfather, Crow?'' she began, hoping to loosen the tension. Truthfully, she didn't care all that much but they had to break the ice. Surely the former Alpha of the Stormbringer Clan would be known by Shiloh, who also hailed from the Valley. He was probably ten years of age by now, if not older. According to Miskunn, Crow had stepped down and his son Wraith was now at the head of the family.
