Orange eyes narrowed softly when Ataxia switched her speech mid sentence. 'I'm fine' she answered quietly, staring at the reptile blankly. She wasn't fearful of the snake, not any more than what was needed of course. She was cautious of it of course, it was a snake capable of killing. Whether it was able to eat a mouse or a small pup she didn't know, but it looked like it had just eaten. And although she lacked knowledge of snakes, she knew that they didn't eat very often.
Grey fingers petted the pup's head softly, 'Yes. This is my son' she replied softly, her lips twitching into a smile. 'His name is Ankh' a hint of excitement flashed through her teeth, suddenly she seemed much younger again, more alike the childish creature she still was.
