Niers mane was apparently growing out, he had found this out as the wind took it and whipped it around furiously. His eyes stung from the wailing wind, the thrashing rain and the hair that kept flicking into them. He pushed his hair back with his fingers again, the wetness slicking the black hair between his ears so that it stuck tightly to his head. Bran had looked at him as he had taken his hand away from its job hammering in the nail to hold the plank in place. Nier shot him a crooked grin and returned to thunking the nail with his wooden mallet. As the nail found its home they relaxed, realising that they had finished their side of the stable. They moved around to the front and the big wide doors just in time to hear Oak ask if all the horses were present and correct. He stuck his head around the door, just like Teme, his cerulean eyes flicking around the warm interior. He found Darcy, Helexia, and Hermes easily, he knew that Amaury and Luuk, the rather absent new members kept their horses in their yard so didn't expect to see the equine brothers here. He noticed the brown stallion in a stall that had appeared along with Fritz and Selene, the absence of Jericho and the donkey made obvious. He turned to announce their disappearance but Teme had beat him to it.
He watched, aghast, as Tem ran out into the squall, black fur and white tips quickly vanishing in the gloom. He followed at a jog, just catching his nephews bark. He remained at a jog, not wanting to slip over in these conditions, coming to a halt beside the young Stormbringer. He turned to look at him, "I'll help ya get him in. He should just follow us if we show him we're here." He paused, confused as to why Tem hadn't announced Jerri's absence, "Teme. Jericho's gone too. Has Ink got her with him or should we go looking?" Niernan didn't know of Inks leaving and didn't mean to bring it up with Teme, not knowing of the boys pain.
