is it alright if we foredate this to the 27-28th? :B dont know what to do with the hurricane so i thought it'd be easier if we skip it. and baaad all over the place post.

Azure eyes regarded the area curiously, not missing any detail of the damage done by the hurricane. It seemed the whole of Vinatta had been largely unscathed compared to the southern most parts of 'Souls, but there was still flooding and fallen trees to contend with. Once it dried up, it might make for some interesting riding if she were careful. A heavy sigh puncuated the chilly afternoon, her breath escaping her like a cloud of smoke exiting a mythical animals maw. The coyote woman pulled her rabbitfur lined cloak closer around her and almost flipped the warm hood up, but decided against it. Max stood behind her patiently, watching her just as intently as she was watching the surroundings. The large white wolf dwarfed her by many inches, and it was sometimes comical for them to be seen together.

The pair had stepped out of their home in Jorheim earlier that morning to look around, leaving Rekyr sleeping quietly. The intention had been hunting, but she figured that could wait a little while longer. It might be more difficult to find a game trail after the mass rains had washed everything away, but there was always hope of a warren full of rabbits nearby. Her stomach growled loudly at that this thought, and she decided to continue on. " Jakten? " Lessa asked, not bothering to hide her accent as she spoke in the old tounge to Max. The quiet monster nodded and moved forwards, now directly beside his oncemaster. " Hjort. " He replied, gesturing to their left. The coywolf smiled evily, then, revealing some of her true nature.

Not particularily caring if someone else saw, she threw off her thick cloak and hung it on a nearby branch. The cloak had enough of her scent on it that if someone should come by, they would leave it alone. The thin woman rolled her shoulders, grimacing as she looked at her tiny waist and saw the faint outline of her ribs. Max noticed too and shook his head at her, reaching forward and giving her an affectionate lick behind the ear. He was her brother in arms, and knew better then anybody else that Alessandra could be your bestfriend or your worst enemy and that she could take care of herself, but being a loner and the hurricane had taken its toll. The once muscular body that was toned and powerful was waning away from lack of food. Ignoring the kind gesture, Lessa started off at a quick jog and pushed all thoughts of her condition away from her. Perceived weakness was just that, perceived.

As she ran the thick utility belt that hung off of her hips moved, and the clink of metal within comforted her. It had been too long since she had used weapons.
