He wasn’t positive just who this Vedr person was, but he figured Tayui would get on alright. For the short time that he had come to know her, Pilot had always thought of her as fairly independent. He was sure she would be able to take care of herself, and was glad to know that she wouldn’t be alone. He wasn’t sure about himself, on the other hand. Maybe Urma would decide to stick around their abandoned territory with him. He would hate to see her go.
"I can tell Urma," Pilot responded, nodding slowly as if would help things sink in. "Would you be able to find Ember?" The Phoenix woman had just joined recently and it would be a shame to inform her that her home was no longer going to be there. At least not under the name of Shadowed Sun. Pilot knew they would all be okay in the end, but it was just hard to see their life of the past few months crumble away to nothing so fast.
