I can feel his approach like a fire in my blood

Roar? Let's just say that Lubo slept at Mew's place, though quite innocently as if none of them wanted to do anything, yes? And they haven't spoken since, or something? Smile

She'd been across this place just after she came here, ages ago - only a few days after the old lands burned. It was the same. The forest was pretty much celestial, and somehow it reminded her of the lush beauty of Clouded Tears. As she paced here and there, she contemplated just turning back and going home. She was close to inferni - and she didn't like it. After the raid that'd gone so terribly wrong, she felt guilty. As if she should do something. She'd gotten caught up in a personal fight, instead of contributing to the real issue. She was a disappointment, surely, instead of growing in respect in her brother's eyes. She let his plaything get dragged away, and for that she was probably weak. Who knew what went on in his mind.

She wondered how large the chances were that someone in inferni had heard her howl. It was Lubomir she'd sent for, though she didn't know why. She'd been playing with the thought, of seeking him out again, but she didn't know the reason. Perhaps because she felt alone these days. Anger was tearing at who she was, and she'd very nearly killed that coyote south of the Dahlia land earlier. If her old self could see her now she'd be disappointed.

White paws took silent steps on the ground which was covered in leaves and needles. It was dark, nearly midnight, and she felt exposed. Everything else was so dark in this place; the trees' leaves were so thick that the moonlight didn't really seep through. She'd shifted to her two-legged form only minutes ago, so she could at least hide more efficiently if it came to that. Her white pelt made her so vulnerable at night though, she didn't know if hiding would be any good. Where - occasionally - a ray of moonlight shot through the leaves and landed on her, the fur shone as if it was broad daylight and she was the sun. Impossible to hide. And inferni so close. Her legs moved her body nervously this way and that. If he didn't come soon she would go home. And if he came, she would go with him somewhere else, if he wanted to see her at all. She'd find out.
