What a miserable day. The sky was nothing but a slate of gray, and it was cold and wet. It seemed the foreign wolfess had finally found something that she didn't like about her new home. Winter. The winters back in Italy were incredibly mild. She was so unused to this, and as the days got colder and colder her lethargy grew. Most days she would have been out patrolling the borders. Not today though. Today she was simply laying on the couch of the common area of the mansion. They had decided to close the pack to new members, so the Lt. General figured it would be alright to take the day off.
One of her front paws dangled off of the soft cushions. Savina stared at the opposite wall with half-lidded eyes. She had received plenty of sleep, but the gloomy days just sucked all her energy. Anymore all she wanted to do was to laze about inside. A winter coat was finally beginning to grow in, but it didn't offer her as much protection from the chilling winds as she would have liked. The scarf she had found in the city was helping somewhat, but only around her neck. Maybe she should carry one of the many blankets she and Kansas had to wrap around herself. This was definitely not her season of choice.
