I’ll be on the lookout!

What was he waiting for? Heath couldn’t figure out why he was still standing there. In actuality he wasn’t sure they were both standing so still in their places. Was it that the ragged coyote had a formidable hold on him and he was nothing more then a scared pup wondering what he was doing wandering into a snake pit? It had been some time since Heath had thought of himself so small and young. Yes he would always be the scrawny one. Gael would always be the heavy weight while Heath just made the caught off for lightweight. Still he was more then just a pup with no way out. Why did he make him feel like one?

Unsure of what to make of his remark Heath thought again about leaving. There were even a few steps taken backwards. Though he refused to turn his back on the male, an instinctual fear that kept him facing forward, Heath couldn't help to look for a way out. Now looking down his nose at the tawny boy, the coyote no longer wore the smile. It was actually comforting, no longer looking as if he had a sinister plan for the lost youth. Now he just looked angered and annoyed. And with his own confusion and uncertainty around the male Heath knew no other way of reaction then with anger and frustration.

Instead of rolling over and showing his stomach Heath could only spout quick words, Its called an ‘introduction”. his tone wasn’t harsh and angry, more annoyed. The situation was impossible.
