They boy had nothing substantial, or at least he believed, in the way of scars. Of course he had some, many actually. But they were nothing more then crisscross scratches, nothing that he felt invoked any fear into those that looked at him. As he looked at the other male, who's face was covered with the wounds of battle, he saw that some even some that were fresh. But Heath was passed the point of admiring the other who bore the prizes that he wanted. Heath was finished.

Gold eyes watched him, looking at the frown and the swivel of ears. His words were no what Heath had expected, and eyes left the others face as he took them in. It was instinct to keep his posture frozen with silent aggression, and Heath brought his gaze back to him in hopes of hiding the weakness that his body portrayed. His short life had not prepared him to deal with someone with such an abrasive persona. But there was a magnetism that the predator held.

Heath's body was nothing more then a rabbit froze in the eyes of its hunter. As finished as the young male thought he was, and how ready he wanted to be to walk away. All he could do was let the groan fall form his throat before he gathered the words he spoke. "You fear me then?" Heath had proven himself, taking his sentence and waiting for his pending death. The male wasn't so brave?
