Oceane had quieted down when Dawali put her sister back down and began to speak. She didn't understand everything that he was talking about but she listened with a serious little look plastered across her face. When he placed the piece of meat into the fire and the sharp scent reached her nose she shook her head once but as instructed to breath in the smoke the little girl followed with faith like she believe that one day she would find her spirit guide. She took a step forward, closer to the flames of the fire as she slowly inhaled the smoke. The back of her throat was irritated slightly but she tried to ignore that fact and continue in on the importance of the ceremony.

When her little sister let out a whimper and Oceane realized that she wasn't paying attention to the events at all but was staring at one of the packmembers that just so happened to have a lot of scars she rolled her eyes and tried to ignore her sibling. She was distracting others it it seemed, for Catherine seemed to look down at the small one that was trying to hide under her and asked her what was going on.

Suddenly though as the effects of the tobacco seemed to take over Oceane was able to brush off the irritation that she'd felt for her sister's actions and just sit there in a mellow state. She didn't know just what was happening but she somehow came to the conclusion that she liked this new path in life. She turned her little sea foam orbs towards Dawali as she sighed quietly, not fully understanding just what was happening, but one raised fully in the religions of the tribe she would believe anything that the elders spoke of when it came to the spirits.
