Sorry for the wait.

The boy let go and bounced off a couple of yards from him, shaking his fur free from the clasping water. Dawali spent a few moments regaining control of the situation - still surprised - before he finally got to his feet and shook some of himself free of water as well. His tail was erect, looking as if it couldn't possibly point upwards any further, clearly stating that he was more than angry with the boy. He was furious. He was warm, and his heart raced, mostly from the surprise, but not exactly subdued when he had become this angry. Now, if Attila had done this as an accident it would have been all right, but he had not. He was acting childishly beyond what could be explained by his age, and irresponsibly. Dawali was the oldest tribe member, and Attila could have hurt him! Besides, had he no respect? No gratitude? The red wolf male spent a few moments ignoring the boy's stance and bark, simply looking at him and his fluffy white pelt. His arms hung straight down and the tips of his ears leaned backwards, aggressively. He would never attack the boy, but he would make certain he knew that he was angry. His pelt bristled, and his steel cold gaze should be more than sufficient to put the boy into a position of submission, although Dawali doubted he would very much. Is this a way to show your gratitude, boy? To attack the tribe's elder and leader? His words boomed across the short distance between them, not unnecessarily loud, but close to it. He wanted to make an impression, and if this did not, then he wasn't entirely certain what would be needed to put some humility into the boy.
