His insides still shook with anger, directed at the boy, but as his form was more relaxed he spent his time wiping the mud and water from his chest and face - waiting for that apology. The wetness was slowly dripping down those red furs of his, and the itch and uncomfortableness didn't stop when he tried to wipe the water free of him. He shifted his weight uncomfortably, but his gaze remained on the boy, who now made a face and moved his lips. What? the boy had not limits it seemed, grimacing like that. He should realize that he was getting closer to adult age, and that when he was considered an adult he couldn't make such faces when he wanted to, or surprise attack people. That sort of behavior belonged to the child, the very young child, not the child of the age that Attila was. His gaze was stern as he stopped his movements and bade the boy repeat his words - he couldn't seriously believe that was sufficient as an apology, did he? He had to have missed out on more than one lecture as a young child, that much was for certain. You'll have to speak up, Attila. I can't hear a thing when you mumble. Oh, the elders of the tribe would have scolded this child until he did not know up or down, had he lived in the old AniWaya. No such behavior would be tolerated - it stank of disrespect, and Dawali could not bear it. Someday, somehow, he would get some social intelligence into this child. That much was for certain.
