She felt his arm wrap around her legs, and she looked downward as he lowered his body. Anu tried to use the ground as a launching pad, bending as he lifted and pushing off the moment felt her weight rise. Eyes moved to the limb that she had chosen. Arm extended, and she easily wrapped her arms around it. It was easy to feel the strain in the male that held her, and Anu grasped the branch quickly. Her arms were thin, but so was the rest of her body. Climbing was a favorite pass time, and had taught many to do so. She gritted her teeth, and used her core to pull herself up and over the branch. Claws dug deep, and she silently apologized to the tree for her assault. A few more moments and the woman was sitting on the limb, an open mouthed smile on her face. Looking up, Anu could only see leaves. The kite was up much higher.

Is it strait up? Anu asked the male, blue eyes looking downward. She was sure that he had a better view from where he stood.
