DAWALI TO THE RESCUE!(?)
Word Count: 406

The bandages on his back and chest stung less and less every day, but even so he maintained his activity by applying new herbs several times daily, and none of them were for easing the pain. Some of them made him sting more, but that was not his intention - he simply wanted the wounds to grow well. He did not deserve pain relief. His two legs now carried him towards the Aston's family den, with two purposes - he needed to speak with Tay regarding Attila's behavior, and he needed to talk to the two little girls. They didn't have to fear Brennt anymore - the nightmare was over, at least for them. For himself - he did not know, but at least Gvihita had stopped being a statue. It was as if she had granted him a piece of herself because he had finished what he started, but the torment which ruled his mind ever since the incident weighed him down anyway, so the change made only a marginal difference. She still did not speak, but now he could again read her moods, and it made him feel less alone. Asha's presence helped too. His mind worked through these subjects tirelessly, all day - every day. Today it was interrupted prematurely, though, as the male noticed a stranger's scent as he came closer to the Aston den, and he could hear Noir there, speaking about something. Instinctively he quickened his pace, alert at once.

His form turned where the path turned, and as the den entered his view he spotted a stranger, white-pelted like Tayui, with strange human clothing, standing in the den entrance. "Hello there!" Calling out, but friendly (even if he was alert), he moved swiftly over to the den entrance, so he could get an overview of the situation. Noir was cute, but she could also be far too naive, and just because she was having a conversation with the stranger didn't make him a good person. Once he actually saw the contents of the cave, though, he was at a loss as to how to interpret it - had the stranger put her there, or was she simply.. stuck? Both scenarios were plausible, but given the fact that she wasn't crying her heart out made the latter the most likely winner. "Noir, are you stuck?" He smiled kindly, and also shot a glance at the stranger there, uncertain and curious.
