Now that the german descendant had finally come to accept his place in the pack of Dahlia de Mai fully, he was able to part ways and run off towards the Sable et Rivages territories. It wasn't that Palindrome didn't like his own self proclaimed lands of his own pack per say, or even the gentle comforts of what Cercelee and Slay had to offer, it was just that the youthful puppy was now all grown up (or that's what he would like to believe) and could walk away from what he now called home to return to it later. And despite his large ears and huge paws that his lanky body had yet to grow into, he believed that he was old enough to make his own calls. He was old enough to live apart from Catharsis, Catalyst, Avarice, and Roulette. He was even old enough to live away from Cercelee and Slay. He couldn't see why it seemed so unfathomable to other people, as he was left, outcasted by his mother anyways, left on the borders for someone else to pick up.
And so he left to venture out towards the never ending rolling landscape of Shiloh Hills. Practicing shifting, and with each progression it came with more ease, Palindrome favored his halfling form the best, as it seemed to get him farther along the ranges of terrains faster and efficiently. Not only that, but it seemed to even out the interesting top and bottom heavy set, as his ears and paws seemed to do most of the growing before his body did. His body was balanced, yet larger altogether. He set out diligently, padding effortlessly through the picturesque hillside before emerging to a rather particular scent trail. Furrowing his brow, he cocked his head and inhaled deeply. It was a definite pack scent, but of what? Palindrome had not heard of any packs outside of Dahlia de Mai and Phoenix Valley, the two packs in the close region - well except, of course, for Inferni, but who hasn't heard of Inferni?
