It's puppy bingo time! Some PP, let me know what I should change 300+

Well, Brooklyn had decided that if the rain just kept on going, so would she. There was no need to delay things any more than she already had, especially since she'd made a solemn promise to the boy. She assumed that his sister had spread the word about the lesson. Or maybe his curiosity was reaching the level where hunting was the only way to go. Either way, teaching him would be a joy to her. The pack didn't necessarily need the food, just like it hadn't been needed during her hunt with Amata. However, Brooklyn had decided, all things considered, that the puppies would do well in the pack order if they learned how to hunt. She didn't doubt that Savina and Kansas would teach them too, but she had liked interacting with others and hoped that her presence with the pups would not be taken the wrong way.

"Gotham, where are you?" the white female called out as she left the house. It would have been easier to smell him out, but she wanted to test his reflexes when it came to sneaking up on prey. Brooklyn smiled to herself, impressed with the changes that seemed to come near daily now. She was growing up, she really was. She missed Gael, although that she could admit to no one. First had come the business of finding out about her father, then Naniko's drug addiction had surfaced, the hectic days which followed and seem to last forever, and now trying to gain more responsibility in the pack. She wanted to be a hunter, to track the food and make sure there was always enough.

Brooklyn would never admit it, but the encounter with the hybrid female had scared her somewhat. She didn't want to get Gael into trouble, not again. Still, as the girl waited for the black puppy to come, she couldn't help but wonder what would have happened, had he accepted her offer and joined her in Crimson Dreams.
