The youngest Lykoi member was simply on her way home. She had walked the whole way from Halifax, carrying yet another cage. This had become an exciting project, this thing with her rodents. When she had executed two thirds of the distance home, the girl had shifted down to her lupus form in seek of change. It was slightly uncomfortable to carry the cage in her jaws, but it was a light version made out of plastic, and she currently had a good grip on one of the edges. There had been an odd pain inside her left foot after a while after she had walked, but when her and the cage’s weight was shared by two extra limbs, the odd pain had disappeared. She would probably never realize what it was. Closing in on the border, the girl’s ears perked instantly to investigate the Aquila’s howl that rose in the distance. Almost immediately and much closer, the sound of Ezekiel’s own cry rose up. The cage scrambled into the ground and the girl shook her head and drew a sharp inhale, standing still for a few moments to gather her thoughts. Intruder!

The young girl started to trot, then broke into a full run, leaving the empty cage behind, already forgotten about. She set her course towards where Gabriel’s cry had come from, but set her route almost directly north, unable to determine exactly where the intruder was located without further annunciations to go on. She would not risk pairing up with any of the others instantly, not before she was certain that this fucktard had been surrounded. The girl recognized the landfill in the distance, but the lands no longer mattered. Suddenly the scent of the ruthless wolf was registered, and she shot after him as fast as her body allowed, closing in on the doomed creature from southwest. Ezekiel’s endurance training suddenly seemed so obvious.
