When the door closed behind them, there was considerably less light inside. Still, the three Luperci would be able to maneuver just fine in the light that had been spared for them. Despite the odd smell inside, Silas was captivated by it all. He merely laughed at Lily’s comment, and moved further inside after Rurik. He was excited and ready for this small adventure. And had they not set out with a specific task at hand, he could have probably spent all afternoon inside merely studying the objects he found.
A map? Silas skirted over to a set of stairs, leaning precariously over the railing and trying to see down below. "What is this place," he muttered to himself, before turning back and finding Lily standing rather idly. She didn’t seem to be too thrilled at all. "Hey dad, where’ll this map be? On one of these walls?" He wandered over to one and let a palm trail across the cool, clammy surface. He wondered if it was their close proximity to the water that left so much moisture in the air. "How eerie."
