Ayita flicked the blanket up and over the tree branch as she stood fully up. the pain in her lower back was increasing and something just seemed off about today. She sighed as she slowly bent down and started to wash another towel. The pain was starting to agitate her as she got up and tossed the towel over to dry. She walked over to the tree leaning against it as she rested her hand on her stomach. She had done everything she could to help her babies grow and do well she only hoped that this wasn't a bad sign.
Ayita walked slowly as she felt a sharp pain that crippled her to the tree. No not out here she couldn't out here it was getting cool she didn't want her babies to die. She sighed as all the pain subsided, could it have been just the way she slept last night? She shrugged looking at the semi dry blankets and towels. She was hoping to have them clean and dry before she had the babies. She had all the blankets for them inside. She took three steps off towards the house as the pain returned. She felt horror as realization began setting in.
She had to gain the strength to get to the house which was visible but far away. She gasped as she felt a surge of water. she held onto the tree she hadn't moved far from it but the sharp pains were rather far apart. She knew this was a good sign she knew the closer they were the closer she was to having them but that's all she knew. She was frozen in terror as she looked at the wet earth. She had to get to the house to the blankets she had to give her babies a fighting chance. Being a mother wasn't going to be easy and she knew it. She just had to do what she could though one paw in front of the other as another painful contraction hit her. She was slowly getting closer to the house but she still felt so far away. "Help" She said semi weakly as she held her stomach as if to hold them there hoping she could just make it in side the house.
