Emma watched the two, despite knowing their relationship even with her assumption. The simple word, dad gave it away immediately. It was the word that interrupted her and she instantly looked at the ground when Rurik spoke back at his daughter. She felt awkward after he had such a stern voice, words and an accent she didn't understand nor recognize. It was not English, Italian, or French, and those were the only knows she knew of but she did not dwell on it. It was not something she had room to worry about and her eyes quickly found the elder Russian.
"I loss papà and mamma. Mamma in river," she said quietly. It was one of the first times she was actually clear, willingly giving up the information on what happened. She didn't know whether or not Godelieve was giving up the information but she didn't care what her sister did. "Gruppo says help but no help," she added and curled her tail around her haunches as she glanced upward at her new companions, watching the daughter for a moment. She was so quiet and it unnerved the youngest wolf. It would have been easier for Emma to open up and talk to her but the other didn't seem interested whatsoever.
