Vieira knew nothing else outside of serving. She knew nothing of her mother, taken away when weaned and her had been killed by her father. The information was so dull inside her that it no longer bothered her. At first, it was built up to make her believe her mother was important but it was brought down on her, degrading her, until it no longer had an effect. Even in her mind she was forced to believe she was meant to carry children but it all changed when she had not been able to get pregnant. At first, it had been a blessing because it was her own father and Siravo (whom she believed was apart of the process) but it was a punishment, one after the other.

And now, Kaena. Vieira could not read her mind. She did not know the real connection between Astaroth and her knew mistress and while she wanted to know, she did not ask. "Yes ma'am," she said with little hesitation. She supposed she had her answer after all.
