And anyway, wasn't she getting old? Didn't she need someone to take care of her, anyway? It seemed an eternity had passed since the dream, but it still resonated on the hybrid's mind. All she saw were shining blue eyes and impossibly large canines descending on her, no doubt filled with venom. Unable to stand it a moment longer, the hybrid growled softly, turning and heading for the opening of the girl's alcove purposefully. "Do you sleep all day?" she muttered under her breath to the shadowy hole, her irritation mounting. |
